functions & festivals. Event Designers will also plan, consult and coordinate right
from conceptualization to final implementation. You need to be creative with a good
eye for colour. The ability to think outside the box and look at a venue as a blank
canvass is a must, so you can effectively create something out of nothing. Working
to deadlines under pressure is helpful as is being organized and having great attention
to detail.

Description - The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for receiving,
investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding services which
we offer and will also troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal
departments to resolve problems. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online
chat concerning various care issues. Both Inbound/Outbound calls will have to be
handled along with data entry for the information gathered.
